Future Water Heroes eTwinning Project

 The most effective and permanent method that can be taken in the development of water awareness and consciousness in people is to train individuals in this direction. It is thought that conceptual knowledge of water and water literacy are important in order to develop water awareness in students. For this reason, the concept of water should be given more place in the relevant courses in order for students to have sufficient knowledge about water and they should be educated from an early age in order for individuals to transform it into behavior. In order to develop this different perspective, it is necessary to keep the curiosity and desire of children to explore the world alive. Because students' attitudes towards science are closely related to how they were exposed to science at an early age. The education given in the pre-school period is important in terms of raising awareness of the students and raising the level of social awareness. Long before children start kindergarten, they ponder how the world works with the world and with evidence from their own experiences. Their potential needs to be supported by talented and knowledgeable adults and with content provided by appropriate curricula. The aim of our project is to raise individuals who have awareness and social consciousness, especially recognizing water, using and protecting water effectively, so that they can transform the behaviors they will acquire with our project into a way of life over time.
